I made some scrumptious brownies in muffins tins so I had to share this one. I got this from another great food site at www.bakeorbreak.com. There are some amazingly talented amateur bakers out there--way moreso than I am. Jennifer at Bake or Break made these yesterday and I was a baking fool all day, so I whipped these up just for fun. You can see that while they look yummy in my pictures, it's nothing compared to my example at Bake or Break!
The first picture is brownies in regular size muffins pans, which I thought were huge! Maybe it's because I've been making all our muffins in mini pans lately. The second pictures is a mini one. They were delicious, especially if you love peanut butter and chocolate together.
BETTY CROCKER "CINNA-SPIN" COOKIES
You can find this recipe here at the Betty Crocker website. Although, when I made mine I just used my favorite sugar cookie recipe instead of store bought cookie mix. These were pretty good. I'd almost rather make a Snickerdoodle, but the icing drizzled on top adds a nice sweetness.
DOUBLE DECKER RICE CRISPY TREATS
I also made these "double decker" rice crispy treats. Cute and fun, I just guesstimated the amount of marshmallows, butter and rice crispies and whipped these up in no time. Didn't quite make the two layers equal in size, but these were yummy.
So I wouldn't eat too much, I promptly delivered most of these treats to friends!
