A Special Birthday Message:

As many of you may already know, today is Katrina's birthday (I don't dare divulge her age). She doesn't know that I am writing this and so this will be a fun surprise for her. I should probably introduce myself. I am the occasionally mentioned, the rarely photographed (and those rare occasions tend to involve me making a fool of myself), and incredibly blessed husband of Katrina.

Without a doubt, asking Katrina to marry me over 13 years ago is the best decision I have ever made. She is an amazing wife, mother, and friend....and as all of you know, she's not too bad of a baker :-) .

I would like to thank each of you for being such a great group of friends to my wife. She is always talking about how wonderful her blogging friends are and how much she loves associating with them. You represent an important part of her life which means a lot not only to her, but also to me.

Happy Birthday Katrina...."I love you" doesn't come close to expressing my true feelings.

    Happy Birthday...I just got over here and saw this sweet message! Hope you had a great time the whole day. Bundts look great, TWD galette looks great...I didn't do bundts and I haven't gotten to the TWD this week yet, which leads me to believe that I might now. Love that pie!
