This type of shortbread cookie is one of my favorites. I've made the pecan wedding cookies and the chocolate almond and love both. I took one look at your photo and was instantly salivating for a bite. Will have to try these sometime when I deviate from the traditional recipes I use.

These look great...I've never made "meltaways"....I love them though.

I'm fascinated by the a.p. flour plus cornstarch part. This is almost the substitution to make cake flour (typically the sub. for 1 c. cake flour is 1 c. minus 2 T. a.p. plus 2 T. cornstarch). The amount in the recipe puts you somewhere between cake flour and all purpose in the gluten department. Pretty cool.

Your pizza looks fabulous! Just one minor quibble ... in the strict sense, your pizza is not vegetarian. The Classico Light Alfredo Sauce contains Parmesan Cheese. One of the ingredients in Parmesan cheese is "enzymes". The enzymes are an animal product, usually taken from animal stomachs. Just sharing for you information (in case you were making this for vegetarians)
