Well so glad you got to go to Blogher, just a little envious here. Anyway, well throw my name in the "mad Hat" and give it a whirl. BTW The tart this week is amazing....make sure you get around to it. So worth the calories. Oh, yes....haven't traveled that many places but I love the sunshine so I guess it would be Mexico, and wouldn't mind living there either.

My favorite place to visit is Arch Cape Oregon. My entire family meets from all over and we rent a beach house right on the beach! We have been going now for 14 years. It's a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The kids love exploring for sanddollars and sea shells. We see a sea creature from time to time..campfires and roasting marshmallows..but most of all being together with family!

Your trip looks like it was really fun -- makes me want to start a baking blog so I can attend next time! My favorite city to visit is San Francisco. My husband and I have been there many times for the great food, moderate weather and the ability to walk just about anywhere in the city (all the better to walk off all those great meals and desserts). Love the Ferry Building and the world class Farmer's Market. A food lover's dream.

Can I just say that I love your blog! It is so down to earth and real...I have made several of the recipes that you have come up with and keep coming back for more.
Anyway, my favorite city is Skagway, Alaska. I lived there during 5 summers when I was a young one and I know all the best hikes, restaurants, and the people are wonderful! You can just feel it in the air when you get off the little six-seater plane! That is my happy place.

I would love to be entered into your drawing. My favorite city I have ever visited would have to be Kyoto. It was just beautiful and the temples alongside modern building was so interesting. I was even lucky enough to get a ride in a rickshaw while there. Wonderful city.

My favorite city to visit right now is probably San Francisco. I miss Pier 39 and Muir Woods and all the great places to eat. However, as great as the city is, it's currently my favorite city to visit because my only niece (who just turned 1 a couple months ago!) lives there, and I hardly ever get to see her since I live in Chicago.
