That&#39;s great. I have a similar feeling about coffee and cinnamon, so I just lowered the amounts significantly. I think I put about 1/8 a tsp of cinnamon (couldn&#39;t taste it at all) and 1 tsp of coffee (but I didn&#39;t grind it up, just melted it in the butter) and the brownies were really good. <br />All of your variations look fabulous, too.
